Delivery

All non-personalised orders are processed within 3-5 working days (and a lot of the time much sooner!)

Please allow up to 2 weeks for personalised items to be processed.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (Tracked).

Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us on hello@soulandstardust.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.  Personalised/custom items cannot be returned.  You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to get in touch with us to arrange a refund.  Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns at this time and you will be responsible for paying postage.  All returns will be processed within 1-3 working days of receiving your order back

Personalised Items

Unfortunately personalised and custom made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

Please make sure you refer to product images and descriptions before ordering a personalised item and if you have any questions prior to ordering please email us on hello@soulandstardust.co.uk.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us on hello@soulandstardust.co.uk as soon as possible, however, your order may have already been processed.
